Shipping Policy
- Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times may vary based on the destination.
- Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
- Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Kashika Handlooms is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility.
- Damages: Kashika Handlooms is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Returns and Cancellations
Our products are handwoven, with most being unique pieces. Due to the delicate nature of the pure fabrics and weaves, we can only offer cancellations, returns, or exchanges in extreme circumstances.
Cancellations
- Before Shipment: You may cancel your order before it has been shipped, provided no tassels and/or fall pico have been added at your request. Upon cancellation, you will receive a credit equivalent to your order value for future purchases on the website. If you prefer a refund, any bank/payment gateway processing charges will be deducted from the total before the refund is issued.
- Eligibility: Only unstitched garments (saris, stoles, and dupattas) are eligible for cancellations. Orders for fabrics and apparel/garments cannot be canceled.
Returns
- Eligibility: Returns are only accepted for manufacturing defects or if the incorrect item was dispatched. Minor color variations between the website picture and the actual product do not qualify for returns.
- Ineligible Items: Apparel/garments and fabrics cannot be returned.
- Return Request: Email your return request to sales@kashikahandlooms.com within 48 hours of receiving your shipment. Requests sent after 48 hours will not be eligible for returns.
- Damaged Packaging: If your parcel appears tampered with, damaged, or unsealed, do not accept it. Immediately contact us at sales@kashikahandlooms.com and call +91 73557 33835.
- Damaged Merchandise: If your merchandise arrives damaged, email us a photo of the damaged packaging along with your return request as per step 3.
- Return Authorization: We will examine your request and send you a return/exchange authorization within 5 working days. Upon receipt of the authorization, the product must be couriered back in its original packaging to Kashika Handlooms at the address below within 5 days.
- Condition of Return: The product must be in its original, unused condition and sent with the original bill and tags intact.
- Processing Time: We aim to process all returns within 7 working days.
- Refund Options: You can choose to receive a full refund in the form of store credits or a refund to your original payment method, in which case return shipping charges and a stocking fee may apply. Refunds will be initiated within 7 working days, but we cannot guarantee the bank processing time.

Exchanges
- Eligibility: You may exchange your order only if no tassels and/or fall pico have been added at your request.
- Customs and Duties: You are responsible for any applicable customs and duties for both the returned shipment and the items we ship in exchange. Incoming shipments into India from overseas can attract high custom duty charges, which must be borne by the customer in case of an exchange.
- Shipping Charges: To and fro shipping charges will be applicable for overseas shipments.
- Ineligible Items: All our apparel is made to order and cannot be exchanged. Fabrics cut from full yardage cannot be exchanged.
- Condition for Exchange: Any product that has been opened, unfolded, or tried on will not be exchanged.
