Sale and Purchase of Goods

Payment Terms

Delivery

Additional or altered terms attached to any order are null and void unless expressly agreed upon in writing by the Seller. If any term of this Agreement is illegal or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain unaffected. This Agreement is governed by the laws of Delhi, India, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Delhi.
